This is a teashop at the corner of Sedgefield where I came for lunch with my family, it had a good range of sandwiches, panninies and toasties which all had a side salad and coleslaw, soup of the day and lunch specials and main meals. The cakes where to die for, with many varieties of homemade scones. Lovely atmosphere and friendly service. Will go again.

Toshach Cafe: Review Recently visited Toshach Cafe. The location is convenient, the interior is nice. I was welcomed with friendliness, accommodated quickly. I ordered coffee and dessert. Coffee is fragrant, dessert is fresh. The taste is balanced, the ingredients are of high quality. The service is prompt, the staff is attentive. Waiters are polite, ready to help with choice. The atmosphere is cosy, suitable for rest and work. The music is unobtrusive, the lighting is comfortable. Prices are adequate, correspond to the quality. The menu is varied, there is a choice for everyone. From the minuses: a small room, it can be crowded at rush hour. Otherwise, my impressions are positive. I recommend Toshach Cafe to visit. Good place for a snack or meeting with friends. Coffee is great, desserts are delicious. Will be back again. Overall impression is above average. Satisfied.

Found this as visiting in the town. Excellent full breakfast, with top quality components; one of the best I've had. Fantastic array of tasty home made cakes and scones. Recommended and will revisit when next in the area.

First time visit today, a little gem. Lovely staff, who I believe are the owners. Good selection, my cheese and red onion scone was yummy and a nice pot of tea. I will definitely return.
